    Architects sketch 2–3 directions; you walk through a photoreal 3D before we commit.

    Design Lock-in

    Working drawings, BOQ and finish samples are signed off in a single transparent quote.

    STAGE 04

    Pre-construction

    Approvals, soil tests, site setup, vendor onboarding and a milestone calendar.

    STAGE 05

    Construction

    9 build stages, 425 checkpoints, weekly walk-throughs and a live progress dashboard.

  6. 06
    STAGE 06

    Interior Fit-out

    Joinery, finishes, lighting, soft furnishings — installed and styled to handover-ready.

  7. 07
    STAGE 07

    Handover & Care

    Snag-list closure, owner walkthrough, manuals, 10-year warranty and an annual health check.
