Yes. SKM handles CMDA, DTCP and local-body approvals in-house — from drawing to submission to follow-up. It is included in every construction package. You pay the government fee; we handle the process.
Design takes 4–8 weeks, plus approval time of 4–8 weeks depending on the authority.
₹2,199 to ₹2,449/sqft — Essential at ₹2,199, Signature at ₹2,299 and Iconic at ₹2,449, all with a full item-wise BOQ before signing.
Ask for the COA registration number (verifiable online), structural engineer qualifications, completed project addresses to visit, a signed BOQ-based agreement and GST registration. SKM provides all five before signing.
