CMDA/DTCP approvals are handled in-house.
SKM Builders provides a 5-year structural warranty on Essential packages and a 10-year structural warranty on Signature and Iconic. All packages include 1-year defect-liability cover on all finishes and a free annual home health check for the first 3 years. All warranties are written into the signed agreement, not just stated in the brochure.
