It covers structure, masonry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, doors, windows, kitchen base, all CP & sanitary fittings and project management. The BOQ is shared upfront — line by line — so there are no surprises.

A 2,500–3,500 sqft G+1 home typically takes 9–12 months from groundbreaking to handover. Larger or interior-heavy projects scale accordingly. We commit to a milestone calendar and back it with a delay-penalty clause.

Yes. CMDA / DTCP / local-body approvals, structural NOCs, electricity and water connections are all handled by our liaison team as part of the package.

A 10-year structural warranty plus a 1-year defect-liability cover on workmanship and finishes. Annual health checks are complimentary for the first three years.

Absolutely. The package rate sets a baseline; you can upgrade tiles, fittings, joinery or finishes at any point. Differential pricing is shared transparently with the original vendor invoice.

We currently take on residential projects in Chennai, Coimbatore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pondicherry. Vacation-home and farmhouse projects are considered case-by-case across South India.
